The East Bay SPCA is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of cats and dogs in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Founded in 1874, the organization provides animal adoption services, veterinary care, spay and neuter programs, humane education, and community support programs that strengthen the bond between people and their pets. Through these efforts, East Bay SPCA works to prevent animal cruelty, reduce pet overpopulation, and help animals find safe, loving homes.

Berkeley Humane is a nonprofit animal welfare organization serving the East Bay community by helping cats and dogs find safe, loving homes. Through adoption programs, veterinary care, training services, and low-cost spay and neuter clinics, Berkeley Humane works to reduce pet homelessness and strengthen the bond between people and their animals. The organization relies on community support to continue its life-saving work for pets and the families who love them.
